Assistance funds must be used for the following purposes: to purchase equipment required for the operation of a commercial enterprise; to carry out decoration works for the commercial enterprise's place of operation; to enter into a commercial franchise contract or franchise contract; to obtain technical exclusive rights or intellectual property rights; to conduct publicity and promotion activities; and As operating capital of commercial enterprises. The maximum amount of assistance is MOP300,000, and the maximum repayment period is eight years.

 

Clients and eligibility

'Entrepreneurs in entrepreneurship in Macao' means permanent residents of the Macao Special Administrative Region aged between 21 and 44 who are engaged in industrial and commercial activities in the Macao Special Administrative Region and are able to operate a business enterprise registered with the Finance Bureau for tax purposes. But need to be in the following situations at the same time:

Natural person business entrepreneurs must be “Macau entrepreneurial youth” / legal person business entrepreneur shareholders holding more than 50% of the capital must be “Macau entrepreneurial youth”;
'Macau entrepreneurial youth' must never be granted any reimbursable assistance from the Industrial and Commercial Development Fund. For corporate business owners who have received assistance from the Industrial and Commercial Development Fund, shareholders who hold more than 50% of their capital alone are also considered For grants of assistance previously granted;
The business owner is not a debtor of the Macao Special Administrative Region;
The enterprise has been operating in the Macao Special Administrative Region for no more than two years;
The enterprise holds the license required to operate relevant businesses according to law (except those who have not yet started relevant businesses);
'Entrepreneurial youth in Macau' must complete at least 42 hours of training organized and organized by public or private higher education institutions in the Macao Special Administrative Region or the Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center in connection with entrepreneurship; Young entrepreneurs with a higher education degree or a diploma of not less than one year are exempt from the aforementioned training courses.
Note: Entrepreneurs who are studying and planning to take training courses can also apply for the Youth Entrepreneurship Assistance Program, but it should be noted that the beneficiary business owner must complete the study within 180 days from the date of receiving the approval. A copy of the certificate of the training course is required to obtain assistance.

 

Service results
